8/10
I'm generally worried about next week with Beth being in the spotlight for 43 minutes narrating the episode. I just can't do it...............................I just can't.

Someone kill her!!!!! Are you sure it's JUST Beth and Daryl? I'm hoping and praying others will come in later. SOMETHING.

Also....wow Abraham, Rosita and Eugene are the first examples of characters looking DEAD ON like their comic counterparts.

I loved it too! I thought Rick's scenes were the strongest. I felt like I was right there too and he was *smart* and on top of his game. I adored Michonne and Carl. Rick and Michonne are so good together on screen - and Carl by default. I love Michonne. She's my favorite even over Daryl. Yes. I said that! I also loved Glenn and his return to being his more normal self. top and company - don't know yet. They were fun to watch but maybe a little OTT. I know they are super close to the comics but not sure that is always a great translation to a TV drama. I probably just need to get to know them, so I'm giving them all the benefit of the doubt. I like Tara way more than before but she still just seems off to me. I don't buy that she'd be having that conversation (any of them) with Abraham for instance.

My toes were curled throughout most of his scenes. It was nice to have that in there, with all those roadblocks as he tried to get out of there. I really like this new Michonne. Sometimes I think she is a LITTLE much but it's more from me trying to transition from Closed Up Michonne to Tip Toe Through The Tulips Michonne. But I like it. Yes....welcome back Glenn. I love him and Maggie together but I didn't realize how soft he really got until we saw the old Glenn again. LOVED it when he punched Abraham. Saw that coming. How DARE you tell me to "do something with my life" you have NO IDEA what we have been through....what makes you so special. PUNCH. The way Eugene walks cracks me up. They really made them perfect like they just stepped off the pages. Tara. Tara Tara Tara. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SCALING IT BACK A BIT AND ACTING LIKE A HUMAN BEING. I LOVE this Tara so much more than the "tough" Tara. I am happy to see how far she gets. I am actually routing for her now when before I was hoping she would DIE DIE DIE. Now I just wish that on Beth.
